Refund policy

The promise — Try Clearnight for a full 30 days. If you're not happy for any reason, email contact@clearnight.store within 30 days of it arriving and we refund you in full.

Send the bottle back? — No. It's a personal skincare product, so keep it or bin it. Just email from your order address with your order number.

How refunds work — Back to your original payment method, usually 5–10 business days.

Fair limits — One claim per customer/household; 30 days from arrival; we can decline clearly abusive/repeated claims.

Not arrived yet? — "Please do not open a payment dispute. A dispute freezes your order and slows the fix. Email contact@clearnight.store instead and we'll track it or refund it."

Cancellations — Email within 12 hours; if unshipped, full refund.
