Shipping policy

Where we ship — We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

When your order ships — We process orders within 1 to 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second with tracking once it's on its way.

How long delivery takes — Most orders arrive within 8 to 12 days from the day you order. Clearnight is fulfilled through our overseas fulfillment partner, which is how we keep the price fair and skip the retail markup. So it travels a little farther than a next-day order, but it's tracked door to door the whole way.

Tracking — We email a tracking link once it ships. The first scan can take 1–3 days to appear; that's normal.

If it's running late — If it's been more than 15 days and tracking hasn't updated, email contact@clearnight.store with your order number and we'll chase it personally.

Wrong/damaged — Email contact@clearnight.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo + order number; replacement or refund, your choice.

Wrong address — Email within 12 hours of ordering to fix it before it ships.
